Before work starts
If you cancel before Ghosty Services starts the agreed work, we will refund amounts paid for work not performed, less any clearly agreed non-refundable third-party costs.
Digital services and withdrawal
For consumers who contract at a distance in Kosovo, any statutory withdrawal rights apply. If you request that work begins during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right may end proportionally as the service is fully performed, where permitted by Kosovo law.
Problems with delivery
If work is incomplete or materially does not match the confirmed scope, contact us promptly. We will first correct the issue within a reasonable period or provide another remedy required by the agreement or mandatory Kosovo consumer law.
How to request
Send your request to contact@ghostyshop.online with your order details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment-provider processing.
