Ordering and payment
The exact scope, price in EUR, delivery milestones, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. A request or quote is not an order until both sides confirm it.
Delivery and cooperation
Delivery dates depend on the confirmed scope and on receiving content, access, and feedback on time. Reasonable revisions included in the scope are completed before final approval.
Ownership and third-party tools
After full payment, the client receives the agreed final work. Third-party fonts, software, hosting, stock assets, and platform terms remain subject to their own licences.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. The competent courts in Kosovo have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
